Educational Programs

The first goal of the Filippov Scientific Foundation is to teach children and young adults about physics, robotics and other related fields of science through educational classes. For the educational classes, participants will be taken through how to build a robotic kit, as well as the laws and theories that are behind the science of it. Classes will take place at local community centers, schools and other available locations.

Scholarships

The second goal of the Filippov Scientific Foundation is to offer college tuition scholarships, especially in the robotics and physics arenas. Through these classes prospective students will be considered for scholarship opportunities to the educational institution of their choice. They will go through a stringent application process to ensure the best and most deserving candidate is selected. Funds will only be transferred directly to the accredited institution of the candidate’s choice.

Other Community Outreach

Along with robotics classes the foundation will reach out to the community in other ways, such as physical fitness activities and birthing classes. These programs will be further developed as a tertiary goal to the educational and scholarship programs.

Filippov Scientific Foundation Mission Statement

We fulfill our mission mainly by issuing scholarships in Engineering, Math, Physics, Robotics. We provide funding for engineering and robotics workshops, research centers, non profit organizations. We work with students, scientists, communities, educators to in order to provide the best education in science.

Our goal is to support the children and teenagers helping them to be able to afford education in scientific field.
Filippov Scientific Foundation funds equipment that is needed by future scientists and engineers but is extremely expensive for many families to afford. Such equipment include Lego robotic kits, Arduino Robotic Kits, Brain OS robotic kids, laptops, ipads, monitors, programming software.

Another very important branch of our foundation focuses on helping local businesses to succeed. We support organic farming, natural food markets, wholistic birth centers. We believe that the foundation of our future is healthy, well educated children.
